Description
Gymnova flex adjuster for ring frames. A system which enables a traditional frame to be converted into a frame which is truly adjustable for elasticity; 5 positions including 0. By increasing shock absorption it reduces shoulder and spinal injuries. Ring height adjusts from 20 cm above the ground to competition height 290 cm. For example, the rings can be brought right down to ground level. Supplied with cable system (rings not included). Attaches to the ring frame GY- 3700.
